Park View was fully refurbished in 2008 to provide comfortable en-suite accommodation, with new furnishings and decoration throughout. As part of the refurbishment a ground floor bedroom has been provided with wide, level wheel chair access, ideal for the elderly or disabled. Park View Guest House offers comfortable, warm and friendly accommodation in seven well appointed bedrooms located on three floors. Several rooms have excellent views including nearby Haxby Park and the world famous York Minster. ALL rooms are ENSUITE with DIGITAL LCD COLOUR TELEVISIONS INC FREEVIEW.FREE 24 HR WIFI . FREE parking included together with an English breakfast as well as a large choice.Expect a comfortable bed a quality breakfast and good service.We are close to Nestle/Rowntrees , York hospital and York St John university.The house is over 135 years old with lots of original/modern features/charm.
